Account Executives
Your en Ville account executive has years of wedding co-coordinating experience, guiding you through the multitude of details, protocol, colour and design, music, florals, menu, place card design, photographs, limousines, food and beverage.
Food
Your wedding will be a memorable day; the menu for that day should be an equally memorable experience. Based on your concept we will create an impressive menu that will reflect the heritage of both families. We can also provide vegetarian and special dietary restricted meals. If you would like to incorporate some of your special home-cooked personal dishes or desserts, we will offer any assistance you may need.
Personnel
Dressed for the occasion, our service staff and bartenders are intuitive and committed to excellence. They will alleviate your worries by maintaining the romantic atmosphere your wedding has generated. Along with our gifted culinary personnel, all of your guests' wishes will be met with the care and attention they have always been shown by you.
Bar Mixes
en Ville can supply a variety of bar mixes that will compliment your cocktail and dinner reception, such as juices, mineral waters, Coke, Diet Coke, 7-Up, non-alcoholic beverages, ice, bar condiments and cocktail napkins.
Costs are as follows:
Cocktail reception $3.50 per person
Dinner reception $5.75 per person
Alcoholic Beverages
A Special Occasion Permit is required to serve alcohol in many venues - we can advise where necessary and assist in obtaining a permit. We are efficient in arranging the supply of a variety of beverages, of world-renowned classic wines, and international reception wines. We would be pleased to discuss with you all options concerning the purchase and delivery of alcoholic beverages.
Rentals
We will arrange all necessary rental equipment for your special day. Rentals may include china, cutlery, glassware, bar set up, service equipment, tablecloths and napkins, coffee service, candelabra, silver service equipment, buffet items, coat racks, barbeques, staging, risers, etc. The rental equipment excluding guest seating and heating equipment are as follows:

Music and Entertainment
en Ville has the services of a diverse group of live entertainment ranging from classical to hip hop, all professional with depth of experience to add the sparkle to your wedding. Our DJ services are second to none and ensure the music played appeals to all guests; a pre-wedding meeting sets a plan for the style of music to be played together with special requests. Our DJ services will be able to supply modern dance floor style lighting.
Photography
Our company photographer is able to offer all the traditional styling. Candid, Sepia and Black and White photography are gaining in their popularity, and our photographer would be happy to show you examples.
Car Services
en Ville's associate livery company has a full range of limousines from stretch to stately sedans, also available is a series of unique vehicles, open landier, white antique Rolls Royce, even a horse drawn carriage.
Videography
Our own show service department is able to videotape your wedding, the finished edited tape can be produced in VHS, VHS European Format, digital CD, and as technology progresses DVD.
Floral Design
Our florist would be happy to meet with you to design corsages, bouquets, table centre pieces, pew décor and of course boutonnières for the gentlemen. Our designs compliment the overall theme whether Asian, minimalistic or English Countryside.
