Located on the corner of King & York Streets in The Exchange Tower, we are at the centre of Toronto's Financial District. Attached to the pathway - the city's underground walkway - you and your delegates have covered access from the office, major downtown hotels and public transit. Plenty of parking, shopping and restaurants nearby.

Executive Boardroom
- 24 persons boardroom style.
The theatre-style auditorium comfortably seats 161 guests in cushioned chairs with optional flip up note taking surface. An adjacent reception area can accommodate additional guests for simultaneous viewing of presentations or stand-up receptions.

audio system that incorporates front, side and rear sound channels in the latest Dolby sound
built-in videoconferencing and teleconferencing
Webcasting of your event may be arranged
The upper lobby is adjacent to and included in the rental of the auditorium. It accommodates 200 people reception style and can function both as a reception space or overflow area for the auditorium. A drop-down LCD projector and screen can project your presentation to guests in the upper lobby. Two ceiling-mounted monitors and an external plasma screen can also display customized electronic signage.
The Executive Boardroom has a 24 person capacity, and is ideal for presentations, product briefings, video and teleconferences, distance learning, or those smaller working sessions when you want the privacy and focus of an off-site meeting. Furnished with ergonomic chairs and a large beachwood table, the Executive Boardroom will accommodate all your AV and presentation needs.
