The Stirling Room
In the heart of the historical Distillery District, the Stirling Room takes you back to the Victorian era of 1832, during which time the Distillery was first constructed.
The location was chosen for its magnificent and unique beauty, as arguably one of the best locations in the city. It is reminiscent of a European metropolis with cobble stone walkways, large rock foundations and high brick archways. The actual building that was chosen has significant character and history, which was of great appeal. The building was once the birthplace for various Canadian whiskeys and scotches providing ample conversation pieces.
The space is intimate and will afford the ability to provide unparalleled service, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Guests will feel as though they have been transported to a distant European palace. High end yet unpretentious, it is our belief that the space itself warrants such an extravagant atmosphere, one in which people feel like royalty of the Victorian era.
